AQUAOX EA-Systems are fully automated stand-alone Mobile Disinfecting Systems that include one or more Electrolytic cells as well ancillary equipment to make AQUAOX EA-Systems a a reliable stand-alone ‘plug & play’ System.
AQUAOX EA-series
EA-400 System
AQUAOX EA-Systems consist of one of more EA-devices along with ancillary equipment such as a water-softener, filters, a well-pump, a pressure reducing valve, a flow-regulator, a brine-container, collecting tanks for the cleaning & disinfecting liquids and other measurement equipment to monitor the quality and quantity of the onsite produced anti-microbial liquid.
AQUAOX EA-Systems are designed to produce ELECTROLYZED WATER onsite for use in a multitude of applications where there is the need for cleaning and sanitizing solutions or a need for disinfecting water and/of air.
EA-devices
All Aquaox EA-devices consist of 2 enclosures to keep electricity and water separated:
The electrical enclosure contains all printed circuit boards, the power supply and all other electrical components needed to create a rectified AC-voltage.
The hydraulic enclosure contains e.g. the Electrolytic cell, an eductor, a solenoid valve and several manual valves to adjust the parameters of the generated cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
The volume these EA-devices generate can be manually adjusted. Factory set-up is:
85 - 100% NEW (Neutral Electrolyzed Water) with a pH of about 6.5, an ORP over 900mV and with 50 to 500 ppm Free Available Chlorine. NEW consist of HOCL and is an extremely effective sanitizer.
0 - 15% AW (Alkaline Water) with a pH 11-13 and an ORP of approximately -900mV. AW consist of NAOH and is an excellent surfactant, cleaner and degreaser.
Features
Automatic start/stop by means of level-switches guarantees that the EA-System fill-up a tank of NAOH and HOCL.
A flow-switch/pressure-switch protects the Electrolytic Cells and regulates the flow.
A timer makes the EA-System start/stop without operator interface.
AQUAOX EC-Series
EC-200 System
AQUAOX EC-Systems are Mobile Disinfecting Systems that include one or more Electrolytic Cells, a remotely controlled EC-device along with other ancillary equipment. EC-Systems are mounted on a movable rack and include a water-softener, filters, a pressure reducing valve, a flow regulator, a brine tank and collecting tanks for temporary storage of the cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
'Plug & Play'
AQUAOX-EC-Systems are complete Plug & Play Systems that basically only need to be connected to a power source, water and an ethernet-connection to start automatic remotely controlled production of ELECTROLYZED WATER.
PLC-control
A programmable logic computer (PLC) controls all processes required to produce cleaning & sanitizing solutions with a controlled constant quality at all times. In case on of the parameters are not within the pre-set limits, the PLC will activate an alarm and will immediately attempt to adjust the parameters.
Remote-control
AQUAOX EC-Systems are remotely controlled by an AQUAOX call center. This means that a trained AQUAOX operator will monitor the performance of the EC-System 24/7. The result of this remote-control is that we are able to service, maintain and operate the AQUAOX EC-System without any operator interface. The user of the AQUAOX EC-System can be assured that the cleaning & sanitizing solutions produced onsite are of constant good quality.
Capacities
AQUAOX EC-Systems produce either 50 gallon, 75 gallon or 100 gallon ELECTROLYZED WATER per hour. The volume between cleaning and sanitizing solutions can be easily adjusted using the PLC-interface or remote-control.

45 - 50% AEW (Acidic Electrolyzed Water) with a pH of about 3.5, an ORP over 1100mV and with 50 to 500 ppm Free Available Chlorine.
50 - 55% AW (Alkaline Water) with a pH 11-13 and an ORP of
approximately -900mV.
